Operation Plan

2011-2012

Mission

Being an active chapter of Industrial Engineers with humanitarian vision that seeks to promote activities to stimulate student´s interest in their career and participate in related activities to be competitive.

Goals:

      Increase the number of members of our chapter to at least 15.

      Raise awareness of the chapter.

      Develop a project that comprises simulation, lean and six sigma.

Action plan:

      Promote the chapter by :

o   Local and regional plant tours.

o   Participating in the regional and international meetings

o   Planning activities with the other chapters.

o   Inviting speakers in specific fields of Industrial Engineering.

5^th-  2011-2012 Board members election

13^th and 19^th- New board weekly planning meetings

14^th - Talks at first-year student classrooms to promote the chapter

18^th – To visit Sanmina factory

20^th and 21^st  – “Vive ITESO”.

v  Industrial Engineering promotional activities.

v  Production lines workshop for Highschool students.

28^th – New Board Installation Ceremony
