Operation Plan
2011-2012
Mission
Being an active chapter
of Industrial Engineers with humanitarian
vision that seeks to promote activities
to stimulate student´s interest in
their career and participate in related activities to be competitive.
Goals:
Increase the number
of members of our chapter to at least 15.
Raise
awareness of the chapter.
Develop a project that comprises simulation, lean and
six sigma.
Action
plan:
Promote
the chapter by :

Local and
regional plant tours.
o
Participating
in the regional and international meetings
o
Planning activities with the other chapters.
o
Inviting
speakers in specific fields of Industrial Engineering.
